Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
The clinic takes walk-ins during opening hours. For program visits, reviews and non-urgent consultations, booking ahead means a shorter wait.
What should I bring?
Any previous records or clinic cards, your child's immunisation card if you have it, and a list of any medicines they are taking.
What if we cannot afford treatment?
Tell us. The DellaCare Foundation exists for exactly this, and no child is turned away for lack of money.
Is there emergency cover?
Call us on the number above. Outside opening hours, please go to your nearest emergency department — this form and inbox are not monitored for emergencies.
